More and more modern companies strive for open innovation: They are looking for ways to integrate the knowledge and ideas of their employees, costumers, suppliers, think tanks, and partners into their innovation processes.
Z_punkt The Foresight Company and facts+fiction, Agency for Live-Communication, have developed Rapid Future Fabrication (RFF), a workshop format that focuses on the generation of new ideas. The process involves the creative collaboration of stakeholders from different backgrounds. Rapid Future Fabrication lets people experience the future - there and then.
During the four hour workshop participants search for answers to future challenges. Divided into small groups teams will develop a diverse range of product and process ideas that are eventually presented and sold to the rest of the group.
• Experience the Future: Rapid Future Fabrication begins with one question: What new ideas will thrill tomorrow’s consumers? To answer this question we get all workshop participants to enter the world of tomorrow: Our customized "Future News" (Mini-Scenarios describing the future in the form of news briefs) will broaden your horizons and stimulate creativity.
• Ideas are generated on an assembly line: The motto of the workshop is "Future! And Fast!". During the four-hour workshop we will turn your world upside down. Rapid Future Fabrication stands for speed, plenty of ideas and rapid transformation.
• Multimedia presentation of ideas: Live "Tools" (for example Illustrators, Graphic Designers, or Actors) help participants to turn their ideas into tangible multimedia presentations. Z_punkt documents all of the workshop results.
